Brass Monkey appoints Phil Bradshaw as UK Head of Key Accounts

London, United Kingdom | 6 October, 2026: Brass Monkey, the ice bath company created to address the growing gap in modern training culture, has appointed Phil Bradshaw as UK Head of Key Accounts, bringing over two decades of commercial and operational leadership from the health, fitness and wellness world.
Phil spent 15 years at Technogym shaping key account strategy for some of the biggest names in global fitness, after cutting his teeth with five years of hands-on operational leadership at David Lloyd Leisure earlier in his career. He brings a rare mix of big-picture account strategy and real, on-the-ground operational know-how, exactly the combination this new role called for.
In his new position, Bradshaw’s remit is to bring the same operational rigour that scaled major fitness operators worldwide to Brass Monkey’s next phase of growth, leading the company’s strategic account relationships, spearheading nationwide roll-outs and multi-site expansion across the UK.
Commenting on his appointment, Bradshaw said: “Joining Brass Monkey is super exciting and such a great opportunity for myself to head up the Key Accounts team.
Across my 20-year career, I’ve seen first-hand how member expectations have evolved, and this new role isn’t just about stepping into an ice bath – it’s about creating a seamless wellness journey and a meaningful recovery and readiness ritual. This experience is underpinned by Brass Monkey’s ‘Cold Standard’ with its rock-solid infrastructure, governance and backed by fully validated science.
My focus now is working alongside our key account operators to make sure their teams feel fully supported and their members walk away with something extraordinary every time. After a month of education and spending time with all of the different superb internal departments, it’s now time to get out and about meeting customers and partners across the UK, building new relationships, and helping take the brand to the next level.”
Brass Monkey Co-Founder and CEO, Danyl Bosomworth said: “We’ve spent the last few years proving that cold exposure done properly, backed by real science, not just as a trend, earns operators’ trust. Phil’s arrival is about protecting that as we scale. He’s spent his career on the ground with the exact operators we’re now expanding alongside, so he already understands what they need before we’ve had to explain it. That’s rare, and it’s exactly the kind of hire that tells you where we’re headed next as a company.”
