Altura updates Airstream range with great value performance legwear and mitts
Cycling brand Altura has updated its popular Airstream legwear and handwear for summer 2026. Key products for the season are three styles of padded shorts, designed for comfort in the saddle, plus padded cycling mitts. All of the kit has been engineered to offer high levels of performance at very competitive prices, complementing the new Airstream Jersey.
Airstream Shorts
The men’s and women’s Airstream Shorts incorporate the Altura 3D Plus multi density seat pad for cushioned saddle comfort. The shorts are made out of a high stretch fabric that wicks moisture and feels smooth against the skin, with a contemporary matt finish.
Designed with female riders in mind, the women’s Airstream Shorts have a gym friendly look. They feature a yoga style deep fronted elasticated waistband that provides accommodating support without digging in, and deep elastic leg grippers ensure a secure, streamlined fit. The shorts are finished with subtle reflective detailing for improved visibility when riding in poor light conditions. They are available in sizes 8-16.

Airstream Unisex Cycling Mitts
The Airstream Unisex Cycling Mitts are designed to ensure sustained comfort for riders.
