VEYR APP LAUNCHES WITH FIRST-OF-ITS-KIND FITNESS INTELLIGENCE ENGINE®

Setting a new standard for adaptive, AI-powered training, at the tap of a button

Today sees the launch of Veyr, a new entrant in the digital fitness market, with its proprietary Fitness Intelligence Engine®. A first-of-its-kind system combining artificial intelligence with elite coaching expertise to deliver fully adaptive, personalised training at scale. Unlike traditional fitness apps that rely on pre-built programmes, Veyr’s engine continuously learns from user behaviour, preferences and feedback to refine future sessions.

Veyr introduces a fundamentally new approach to fitness programming, moving beyond static plans and template-based apps to deliver real-time, responsive training that evolves continuously around the user.

At a time when the fitness industry is grappling with issues of engagement, retention and personalisation, the free Veyr app addresses a key friction point: decision fatigue. The platform removes the need for users to plan, structure or adapt workouts themselves, instead generating intelligent sessions dynamically based on context, including goals, energy levels, time constraints, injury considerations and available equipment.

The result is a system designed to support users where they are, with what they have, at any time, positioning fitness as an integrated, sustainable part of daily life rather than a rigid routine.

At the core of the platform is the Fitness Intelligence Engine®, built on the coaching philosophy and applied experience of co-founder, Liam Hogan. Drawing on more than 15 years of coaching and athletic performance, the engine translates human decision-making frameworks into an AI system capable of delivering nuanced, context-aware programming at scale.

Core platform capabilities include:

  • Dynamic workout generation: fully personalised sessions created in real time, without reliance on templates or fixed programming.
  • Real-time adaptation: at the click of a button, users can swap exercises, adjust sessions or shuffle workouts, reflecting real-world constraints such as equipment access or time limitations.
  • Voice-led command: conversational input enables users to instruct and modify sessions without interrupting flow.
  • Multi-environment functionality: workouts adapt seamlessly across gym, home, outdoor and travel settings.

Veyr supports a broad spectrum of training modalities, including strength, cardio and hybrid formats such as HYROX, positioning the platform to appeal to both general consumers and performance-focused users.

“Veyr represents a shift from content-led fitness to intelligence-led fitness,” said Adam King, co-founder and digital entrepreneur. “We’ve focused on building a system that removes friction from the user experience, reducing cognitive load while increasing personal relevance. The Fitness Intelligence Engine® enables a level of adaptability that hasn’t previously been possible at scale.

“Veyr is about removing every barrier to a better life through fitness. Most fitness apps give you a plan and hope your life co-operates. We know that real-life never sticks to a plan. Shifts run long, kids get sick, gyms get packed. And somewhere in between the intention and excuse, the workout never happens. Veyr closes that gap.”

Co-founder and Head of Fitness, Liam Hogan added: “We’re living in a time where people are carrying more stress than ever, and too often there isn’t the support to help them take control of their fitness journey.

“Veyr is built on proven coaching principles. No random workout generation in sight. It’s programming like an elite coach, understanding why each movement matters, adapting in real-life if equipment’s taken, and never breaking the workout’s purpose. Ultimately, effective training has always been about understanding the individual and adapting accordingly. Veyr applies that thinking through AI, delivering intelligent coaching in a way that is both scalable and accessible.”

Operating on a freemium-adjacent subscription model, Veyr offers tiered access through Veyr FREE, Veyr CORE and Veyr MAX. Paid-for subscriptions start at £3.99 per month. Premium features include multi-day programming, video demonstrations, extended workout archives, competition mode, goal tracking, activity logging and planned wearable integration.

As the fitness sector continues to evolve towards more personalised, tech-enabled experiences, Veyr positions itself at the intersection of coaching expertise and artificial intelligence, offering a scalable solution to one of the industry’s most persistent challenges: delivering truly individualised training without increasing complexity.

Veyr is available to download on iOS and Android from 07 April 2026. Veyr FREE allows two workouts per week; Veyr CORE from £3.99/month; Veyr MAX from £9.99/month. Find out more www.veyr.fit, follow @veyr.fit on Instagram.
