Saudi Arabia T100 and Jeddah World Triathlon Cup: revised event dates announced
The Professional Triathletes Organisation (PTO) has circulated an update titled “New Dates For Saudi Arabia T100 And World Triathlon Cup In Jeddah”, highlighting changes to the schedule of major triathlon events in Saudi Arabia.
Saudi Arabia T100 scheduled for 28 November
The PTO’s current professional race calendar lists the Saudi Arabia T100 for 28 November 2026. The men’s professional race is scheduled over the 100km T100 format, comprising a 2km swim, 80km bike and 18km run.
The event is part of the PTO’s T100 Triathlon World Tour and its wider plans to grow professional and mass-participation triathlon in Saudi Arabia. In September, the PTO announced a memorandum of understanding with Saudi events company Sela to support the commercial development and delivery of its events in the Kingdom.
World Triathlon Cup in Jeddah
The PTO’s latest press-email headline also refers to the World Triathlon Cup in Jeddah. However, the version of the email available to the editorial team does not state the Cup’s revised date. Readers and prospective participants should confirm that date directly with World Triathlon or the event organiser before making travel plans.
What athletes should check
With changes to the calendar, professional and age-group athletes should consult official race communications for the latest entry arrangements, schedules, course information and travel guidance. The PTO race calendar currently lists the Saudi Arabia T100 on 28 November, subject to organiser updates.
